I love that fact that it's user friendly and easy to understand. I especially love all the different features, i.e. the routing optimizer. That's my favorite and the fact that I can see how many miles each team is going. It's very cost effective.
Love the ability to set automated emails! Also, syncing to QuickBooks Online makes accounting that much easier.
