Pricing
The pricing model for BizScheduler is built on the premise that we are successful
if you are successful. We feature monthly subscription based pricing with no contracts
and no annual maintenance fees for technical support. That's right, technical support
is included. We want you to get the most out of BizScheduler, so we never
want you to hesitate to pick up the phone or email us with a question, comment,
or suggestion. And if BizScheduler doesn't work for you, just tell us; you’ll pay
nothing more.
Base Product
- One time setup: begins at $250 if no data import required; $500 for import
of common, well formatted data; $1,000+ if custom programming for "data cleaning"
is required.
- $250 per month gives any number of employees access to your secure
BizScheduler website. You may schedule up to 10 resources (employees, crews,
equipment). Additional resources are $20/month. Contact us for volume discounts
if your scheduling resources exceed 50. If you have 3 or fewer employees, contact
us about special starter pricing.
- Initial training is included at no extra charge
- Technical support is included at no extra charge
- Maintenance updates are included at no extra charge
- QuickBooks interface is included at no extra charge
Optional Add-on Modules
- Extra document storage. If you exceed the 150mb limit for your
documents stored in BizScheduler, you may purchase additional storage capacity in
increments of 100mb for an additional $10/month each.
