Customer Relationship Management

BizScheduler gives you fast and flexible access to all your customer information. Beyond the usual contact information, you can customize the number and type of categories, referral sources, and define as many custom fields as you like. You can attach documents (contracts, letters, etc.), digital photos, emails, and any other file types to customer records.

Finding customers is so simple: enter any part of the first or last name, or address, or phone number. Or use the Custom Search capability to search and report on customers, jobs, and many other attributes. Once you have the list of customers you want, you can email them, or step through each customer in the search results.

Work Orders

Once you’ve scheduled jobs in BizScheduler, you can print out work orders, or email them to all your field service workers with a few mouse clicks.
