Even better, once we have jobs scheduled for our guys, we go to the Work Orders screen and email the jobs to each technician on their Blackberry. If a job changes during the day, it is trivial to reschedule and resend the job. We use the Phone Log feature to manage our phone traffic so that no phone calls get lost.
